If u want muscles burn fat don't think twice this program is for u
I have stopped and started many times, but this is the first program that made the difference. Using bands means fewer excuses and obstacles to getting going, and the calendar and tutorials take the guesswork out of it. I was skeptical of 45 min a day with a five day split. I was wrong.
Additionally, there are a couple certain spots with a charm and personality to them (almost like easter eggs in any video game), that helps avoid a lot of the overly hyped seriousness that some apps have. This program is for real people getting better.
Rubbers are fine.

The qualities of the residents Bands are very good and I have a lot of fun to train with the bands and the very good TA2 App. It is so good to train anywhere I want and I do it in Thailand now 5 days a week in front of the River by our house👍
